ABSTRACT
The investigation is framed along the line of Technological help for the teacher.
Its main purpose was to propose using ICT teaching strategies for students and professors of foreing languages, Basic English, basic primary education, El Derka Antonio, Santo Domingo.
The investigation, from the learning process perspective, was pointed towards the significant learning and the educational strategy principles.
Under the results obtained and the contrast of the information, it became clear that the teaching strategy used by most teachers is the exposure. Therefore, we recommend the use of teaching strategies supported by ICTs, justifying the proposal to the Institution research participant, IE Derka Antonio, Santo Domingo.
